1. 총칙
OrbitLabs(이하 "회사")는 Mind Oasis 앱(이하 "서비스") 이용자의 개인정보를 중요시하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 및 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 회사가 서비스 제공 과정에서 수집·이용하는 개인정보의 항목, 목적, 보유 기간, 제3자 제공, 처리 위탁, 이용자의 권리 등을 안내합니다.
2. 수집하는 개인정보 항목
2.1 회원 가입 시 (선택)
- 이메일: Apple/Google 계정 연동 또는 직접 입력 (이메일 가입 선택 시)
- 닉네임: 자동 생성 또는 사용자 입력
2.2 게스트 모드 (Apple Guest Mode)
- 회사는 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 식별 정보를 수집하지 않습니다
- 익명 사용자 식별자(UUID)만 자동 생성됩니다
2.3 서비스 이용 중 자동 수집
- 감정 기록: 사용자가 입력한 기분/감정/일기 내용
- AI 대화 내용: AI 동반자 다온과 주고받은 대화 기록
- 사용 로그: 앱 실행 시간, 사용 기능, 오류 기록
- 기기 정보: OS 버전, 디바이스 모델, 앱 버전 (디버깅 목적)
2.4 결제 (유료 구독 시)
- 결제 정보: Apple ID 또는 Google Play 계정으로 처리 (회사는 카드 번호 등 직접 수집하지 않음)
3. 수집 목적
- 서비스 제공: AI 대화, 감정 다이어리, 명상 음악 재생
- AI 응답 개인화: 사용자의 감정 패턴·대화 톤에 맞춘 응답 생성
- 인사이트 분석: 감정 패턴 분석 후 자기인식 인사이트 메시지 제공
- 결제 처리: 유료 구독 결제 (Apple/Google 결제 시스템 경유)
- 고객 지원: 문의 응답, 오류 디버깅
- 서비스 개선: 익명 통계 기반 기능 개선
4. 보유 및 이용 기간
- 회원 가입 정보: 회원 탈퇴 시까지 또는 회원이 직접 삭제 요청 시까지
- 감정 기록·AI 대화: 회원이 직접 삭제하거나 회원 탈퇴 시까지
- 결제 정보: 관련 법령(전자상거래법 5년) 준수
- 회원 탈퇴 후: 30일 보관 후 영구 삭제 (복구 불가)
5. AI 데이터 처리
5.1 AI 모델 위탁 처리
- 회사는 사용자의 AI 대화 내용을 Google Vertex AI (Gemini) 에 위탁 처리합니다
- 위탁 데이터: AI 대화 텍스트, 감정 기록(필요 시)
- 위탁 목적: 한국어 자연어 응답 생성
- 위탁 기간: API 호출 시점 (저장하지 않음)

5.2 AI 학습 사용 여부
- 회사는 사용자의 데이터를 AI 모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다
- Google Vertex AI 약관에 따라 위탁 처리된 데이터도 학습에 사용되지 않습니다 (Enterprise 약관)
- 단, 익명화된 통계 정보(예: 일평균 메시지 수)는 서비스 개선을 위해 활용될 수 있습니다
6. 제3자 제공
회사는 사용자 동의 없이 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 단, 다음의 경우 예외:
- 법령에 의거 요구가 있는 경우
- 수사기관의 영장 또는 법원 요청
- 통계 작성, 학술 연구를 위해 익명화된 형태로 제공

8. 이용자 권리
- 열람·정정·삭제: 앱 내 설정 메뉴에서 직접 가능
- 회원 탈퇴: 앱 내 설정 → 회원 탈퇴 (30일 후 영구 삭제)
- 데이터 다운로드: support@orbitlabs.kr로 요청 시 30일 이내 제공
- 개인정보 처리 정지: 위 이메일로 요청 가능
9. 안전성 확보 조치
- 데이터 전송 시 TLS 1.2 이상 암호화
- 데이터 저장 시 Supabase 자체 암호화 (AES-256)
- 접근 권한 최소화 (개발자 1인 권한)
- 정기적 보안 점검
10. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보
- 본 서비스는 만 12세 이상 사용 권장 (App Store 12+ 등급)
- 만 14세 미만 가입 시 법정대리인 동의 필요
- 회사는 만 14세 미만임이 확인된 경우 즉시 데이터 삭제
11. 개인정보 자동 수집 도구
- 회사는 광고 식별자(IDFA/AAID) 수집 시 사용자 동의(ATT)를 받습니다

1. Overview
OrbitLabs ("the Company") values the privacy of users of the Mind Oasis app ("the Service") and complies with the Korean Personal Information Protection Act and applicable laws. This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal data we collect, the purposes, retention periods, third-party sharing, processing entrustment, and your rights.
2. Personal Data We Collect
2.1 At Sign-up (Optional)
- Email: via Apple/Google login or direct entry
- Nickname: auto-generated or user-set
2.2 Apple Guest Mode (Anonymous)
- No name, email, or phone number collected
- Only an anonymous UUID is auto-generated
2.3 Auto-Collected During Use
- Emotion logs: moods, emotion entries, diary content you input
- AI conversations: messages exchanged with AI companion "Daon"
- Usage logs: app launch times, features used, error reports
- Device info: OS version, device model, app version (for debugging)
2.4 Payment (Premium Subscribers)
- Payment info: handled by Apple App Store / Google Play (we do not collect card numbers directly)
3. Purpose of Collection
- Service operation: AI conversations, emotion diary, meditation music
- Personalized AI response: tailored to your emotional patterns and conversation tone
- Insight analysis: emotional pattern recognition for self-awareness messages
- Payment processing: via Apple/Google billing systems
- Customer support: inquiries, error debugging
- Service improvement: anonymous statistics
4. Retention Period
- Account data: until withdrawal or user deletion request
- Emotion logs / AI conversations: until user deletes or withdraws
- Payment records: 5 years (Korean e-commerce law)
- After withdrawal: 30-day grace period, then permanent deletion (irrecoverable)
5. AI Data Processing
5.1 AI Model Entrustment
- We entrust user AI conversations to Google Vertex AI (Gemini) for response generation
- Data entrusted: AI conversation text, emotion logs (when needed for context)
- Purpose: Korean-native natural language response
- Duration: API call only (not stored on Vertex side)

5.2 Training Data Use
- The Company does NOT use your data to train AI models
- Google Vertex AI Enterprise terms ensure your data is not used for training
- Only anonymized statistics (e.g., daily message count averages) may be used for service improvement
6. Third-Party Sharing
We do not share personal data with third parties without your consent, except:
- When required by law
- Investigation warrants or court orders
- Anonymized form for statistics or academic research

8. User Rights

- Withdrawal: app Settings → Withdraw (permanent delete after 30 days)
- Data Export: request to support@orbitlabs.kr, fulfilled within 30 days
- Processing Suspension: contact same email
9. Security Measures
- TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit
- Supabase native encryption at rest (AES-256)
- Minimized access (single developer)
- Regular security review
10. Children's Data
- Service recommended for ages 12+ (App Store 12+ rating)
- Users under 14 require legal guardian consent (KR)
- Immediate deletion if user is confirmed under 14
11. Auto-Collection Tools
- We request user consent (ATT) before collecting advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID)
